Warranty and returns

Warranty

All products at NoteBookoff come with an official manufacturer warranty — from 12 to 36 months depending on the product category. The warranty period is stated on the product page and in the warranty card issued with your purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we arrange free repair or replacement in accordance with consumer protection law.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used and its appearance, packaging and completeness are intact.

To arrange a return, contact our manager via the contacts page — we will explain the steps and help process the return as quickly as possible.
